Mental Health Week - Tuesday

Social Distancing, feel stuck at home, no problem here are challenges which take little space and will make you feel strong and focused. You know that "feel good sensation" you get after doing something physical? Now you can experience that for 30 days, pick a challenge, you will find squats, plank, jacks, abs and push ups challenges. Think of it as a happiness with a possible side effect of a little soreness. Make this challenge personal or for the whole family.

Love to dance? Challenge yourself to learn a new dance or just put on some music and feel the move. If your on social media, there are many challenges being put out on Tic Toc for families or indivduals to try, Toosie slide is one of them.

Right now is more important time than ever to get moving.
